John started Davis Lock & safe with $200.00 in the back of a camper in September of 1975 in Rialto CA., He moved his family to Portland OR. In 1978 where he was blessed by God and over the years opened a total of 8 stores throughout the Portland Metro area. He became the largest Locksmith in Oregon and, with this achievement, he was also an Award Winning Angie's List Vendor. Before retirement, John sold 4 of his 8 stores. He continues to lease 4 of the remaining stores to qualified Locksmiths. In 2015 John & his wife, Susan, officially retired and decided to make the move to DE to be close to his wonderful daughter & son-in-law. After getting settled in Seaford, DE he saw the real need for a qualified Full Locksmith, so, this is where his new story begins. In July of 2016 he started the process of getting his business license in DE. Since starting his business, John has made wonderful contacts & new friends throughout the local area.
